Kelly J. Warren, MD
Dr. Kelly Warren is a board certified dermatologist practicing at the
Dermatology Center of Frisco. He is clinically involved with the
evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of general dermatologic patients as
well as the diagnosis, monitoring and therapy of individuals with skin
cancer.
Dr. Warren attended Abilene Christian University in Abilene where he graduated with Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry and in Biology as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He obtained his medical degree in 1995 from Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City.
Dr. Warren completed his internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. His dermatology residency was completed at the Medical College of Wisconsin and University of Cincinnati, where he served as Senior Resident in Dermatology. He has had multiple publications in peer reviewed journals, presented posters at the American Academy of Dermatology meetings, and has served on the editorial board of Cutis.
Dr. Warren is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Texas Medical Association, and Dallas Dermatology Association.
Kristine J. Kucera, PA-C, MPAS, DHS
Kristine Kucera is a physician assistant with
Dermatology Center of Frisco. She is clinically involved with the
evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of general dermatologic patients as
well as the diagnosis, monitoring and therapy of individuals with skin
cancer and psoriasis. Ms. Kucera is also a sub-investigator in multiple
clinical trials.
Ms. Kucera attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies and completed her Master of Science degree through the University of Nebraska Physician Assistant Program where she specialized in Dermatology. Her Doctorate of Health Science degree was awarded in mid-2006 at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Ms. Kucera spent one year training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston before deciding to pursue her interest in dermatology. She has been practicing dermatology in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area for thirteen years.
She lectures nationally to colleagues on several dermatologic conditions and has a particular interest in the treatment of psoriasis. She also has had publications in peer reviewed journals, presented posters at national meetings, and is currently serving on the editorial board of the Journal of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Ms. Kucera also is an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Physician Assistant Program and the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, and Past President of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.Ashraf Currimbhoy, MPAS, PA-C
Ashraf Currimbhoy is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant.
A Physician Assistant(PA) is a skilled member of the healthcare team who fulfills a broad range of medical services that would otherwise be provided by the physician. PAs diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, perform surgery, and write prescriptions. Ash is proud to be a part of this dermatology team which allows him to exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services.
Ash attended the University of Texas in Arlington where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology. He then went on to earn his Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He completed extensive clinical rotations at UT Southwestern, Parkland and other surrounding hospitals and clinics with a clinical emphasis in dermatology. His comprehensive and broad dermatology background allows him to provide quality medical care when treating skin cancer, rashes, infections, acne, psoriasis, and other dermatologic conditions.
Ash is an active member of the Society of Dermatology of Physician Assistants, and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. When Ash is away from the dermatology clinic, he enjoys regular exercise and taking his boxer to the dog park. Additionally, he is family oriented and cherishes his time spent with close family and friends.
